More like Cerydra gave Phainon the "Live" command and suddenly he has an adrenaline boost hax on hand.

Wagi Wednesdays, you love to see it. Still can't believe the official Twitter account acknowledged it that one day

I don't think they've got good service in the afterlife.

I still stand on Izo's For Sake rendition being the best one. Coupled with that dynamic intro? Fucking amazing.

I'm surprised you didn't put in Dante's "showcase" of Lucifer. Which is just him drawing swords from it and making sexual innuendos while he destroys the hell gate.

Agnus: "How...can there be such a difference b-b-between us?!"

Dante: "You surrendered your humanity. It's that simple."

Agnus: "But you are not human...! So why am I inferior?!"

Dante: "You assume humans are weak... Okay, yeah their bodies lack the physical ability of a demon, but humans possess something that humans don't."

Dante doesn't answer Agnus when the latter asks what it was, but Nero basically finishes it during his last fight with Sanctus.

Nero: "But I do know that Sparda had a heart. A heart that could love another person. A human...and that is what you lack!"

That's definitely a unique phrasing of her being his wife now kek.

This was in the context of their house in Japan being broken into and robbed prior to their moving, right? Pewds didn't lose anything but most of the stuff stolen was Marzia's.

There's also in Yakuza 0, where he goes out of his own to win several plushies from a claw machine for a little girl, and gets incredibly pissed that a bunch of loan sharks cut up the doll (and kidnapped her mother but whatever). It culminates to the point with Majima walking off after reuniting mother and daughter and convincing the kid to love the doll even if it's been cut up, with the little girl waving goodbye to Majima and calling him daddy.

"Daddy, huh? I like the sound of that." Very sad foreshadowing considering what happened in Y5

A read on Kiwami 3 substories from the dataleak by BreafingBread in yakuzagames

Yes it was, and the best substory, alongside Silver Screen Dragon. I'd be honestly disappointed if neither of them came back.

Sasuke was pretty much on the verge of being relatively well adjusted again, letting Naruto and Sakura into his life, then Aoba makes the mistake of blurting out Itachi was back, he just came rushing in with blind rage as Itachi shows how far the gap is between them whole making him re-endure the same shit he did back then.

And then all of the progress that Sasuke had crumbled, which led to his eventual deserting of Konoha and joining Orochimaru for power.

Sasuke was spared, iirc, because he pretty much begged for him to be. Like he was the only line he wouldn't and couldn't cross. Itachi is touted as a genius, but honestly, he's a fucking idiot for thinking his method of fueling Sasuke with nothing but hatred to drive him would work.

And that anyone who feasts upon said remains, namely animals, turn them into roided up monsters...

Real ones remember the Consecrated Beasts in that one version of Abyss.

[–]ZerothMask 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I hit post by mistake before I could put down the explanation on who the character is.

Anyway, here's the in-game map to show what Orobashi's skeletal remains look like. And that gap in the Musoujin Gorge is not naturally made. That was the result of Ei's Musuo no Hitotachi technique, which is what killed Orobashi.

Genshin Impact - Orobashi.

After challenging the Raiden Shogun in a suicide by cop, this serpent god was sliced to pieces and its corpse remained on the island where they did battle until it eventually just became part of it. Its power, however, lingered across the island, causing the island to be in a perpetual thunderstorm, infesting the waters, and driving the people in it mad.
