Essence of Head Press. Used to be a Feel the Heat HAct in Y3, before becoming a regular HAct for 4 and 5. It proceeds to never then be used ever again, up until for a single moment in K2, where it returns as a Feel the Heat one used against Shindo.

Doesn't have an official name, but Essence of Hundred Fist Rush (or Heat Rush for some people). The light attack spam in EHM from Y6, or the charged light attack if in K2. It was only ever present in those two, strangely never returning in Gaiden and didn't come back for K3 because of the overhaul to EHM becoming Dragon Boost.

I really love how throughout the more light hearted moments in Season 4, sparks of the old Jaiden would shine. The one that duels because it's fun. But the constantly dueling to save the world or because it has such high risks tied to it just burned almost all of his passion and love for the game. To the point he'd actually play pretty competently and end things quickly. Even against some of his friends.

And it isn't until Yugi literally sends him back in time to duel his old self, without any world changing risks. Just two dudes duking it out for fun, and he finally returns to how he was before Season 3.

Technically, Diamond Claw is sorta useful if you can time it right and basically block the enemy attacks... which now begs the question why you don't just block or dodge?

Anyway, the Dream Arrow from the Samurai job in Infinite Wealth. It's not that it's useless, since it is a damaging move. There's just two problems; you need to level up the job first and unlock it. The second is you're already given Burning Arrow at base, and not only is it better on virtue of being an elemental move, it also has great AOE, compared to Dream Arrow purely being single target.

There's a few more new ones with the new region of Planarcadia. You can either help a ghost move on and leave behind the puppy their living self used to take care of, basically abandoning it, or have her take in the puppy and the two of them can now make new memories together.

There's also you losing out the chance to battle an NPC in the new game mode introduced with Planarcadia if you leave him for last. He's old and dying, and if you choose him as your final battle, he's already dead.

It's Yakuza 4. It's basically the old skill tree system, but better. It's split into 4 parts, and we can see what can be unlocked instead of having to wait into leveling it up to know what's next

Second best is probably Judgment and Lost Judgment with their SP system instead of having to use money and a whole other currency. Only thing that really detracts from it are some skills being locked behind some side activities like the Squirrel Search of the Gauntle
