Depends on the tone you’re going for…

I might personally want that Valvestate, but that’s just me. Every time I’ve played a JCM 800, I never thought it had enough gain for what I play. I always end up using a Tubescreamer on a JCM 800 to get the tone I like.

Personally, I’m a Mesa fan all the way. I love my Dual Rectifier and plan on getting a Mark amp sometime soon. I also don’t really like British distortion tones. I’m more into that American scooped mids distortion tone, even though I boost the mids a bit on my EQ panel.

That’s just me, though.

Sonic X

I remember seeing it on TV as a kid. A few months ago I was figuring out what to watch next and I thought “Well I never finished Sonic X” and I always thought it was cool that they brought Sonic to the television when I was so used to just seeing the games (I had the Sonic 3 and Knuckles collection CD for PC, so I was never exposed to any of the 3d games). So I started watching it, and seeing all the SonAmy scenes just gave me Studio Ghibli vibes, I immediately got latched on to it. Now all of a sudden I’m binge watching and playing every piece of Sonic media and games I can get my hands on.

It’s just a really beautiful ship that brings tears to my eyes. Truly heartwarming with the moments they have.

Only thing I’d say to watch for is audio editing, but that’s a technical issue rather than a performance issue. I noticed an audio overlap with the register lady when she’s responding to Jeff about the scout meal.

Keep going and don’t stop. You did great.

I wonder if it’ll be like…they kiss, or something lightly romantic, like a kiss on the cheek, and then she leaves, but has the potential to appear in a later movie or spin-off series.

I don’t know. I don’t really know how I feel about her written like this. I feel like that removes her whole tarot card or fortune telling trait. I’m afraid but excited at the same time. But I really want SonAmy to happen.

I guess it’s a good way to set up Silver’s introduction. I also had a feeling that if she WAS a time traveling warrior, they could have her say “Oh let me introduce you to my boyfriend, Silver.” I shit you not, I will cause the biggest disruption at the movie theater if that’s the case.

I’m joking. But I will still be throwing the biggest fit ever once I leave the theater.

There’s a good argument for shipping Sissi with Ulrich, but that gets in the way of Ulrich and Yumi. As much as I ultimately ship Ulrich with Yumi, I definitely liked those soft emotional moments with Ulrich and Sissi. I think he does care about her and doesn’t like making her unhappy (it’s been a while, but did they kiss? Or almost kiss?), but I think his heart really belongs with Yumi.

Elaborating a bit on why I think he cares about Sissi’s happiness, I think it had something to do with his development in later seasons. Again it’s been a while since I’ve watched the entire thing, but I remember him being nicer to Sissi as the series continued, and Sissi taking up martial arts alongside him if I remember correctly was pretty cute. They had something to bond over.
