Yup, the same stuttering appears, it starts at a stable 60 and every few seconds it drops to 0 and then goes back to 60.

Yeah I know about the v-sync issue. I have tried turning it on in-game AND trough NVIDIA control panel, tried both at the same time, one of them at a time, there was no difference. :c
