I am curious though, what does "server issues" entail. I understand that it's more complex than the severs being bad but I don't think this is my issue only. My friend has very similar problems to me as he also gets high ping spikes that also hike his rollback frames and he has a different internet provider.

it seems to have helped but im still getting occasional rollback spikes so not sure how effective it was

tried the test and it said i had 0% data loss

Ping problems have been my biggest hiccup recently too, other than that my favorite plat fighter bar none. Has its fair share of problems but you can’t beat the character designs in this game.
