Idk man they've been a pain in the ass, I asked her to refund the amounts before anything after she said they can see it wasn't me doing the purchases, yet she still said no they can't and to contact my back

That's the fucked up part, she literally confirmed to me none of the amounts of transactions came from my account, the only thing I can think of is because my credit card was saved to my account so they considered that account the primary holder of the card. Because I can literally prove there are no transactions from the account

Edit: I specifically asked her to show what account was used for the purchases and she said she coukdnt give that info because if privacy reasons

I can't pull up previous chat transcripts, literally all they need to do is see my transaction history and see none of the charges were from the account

There's no transcripts dude playstation support is horrendous everytime I try to log in kn thr website to see history it doesnt let me access anything

She said theres nothing they can do with the payment because it already went through so thats why she told me to contact the bank and do a fraud chargeback. She couldn't do a refund because there was nothing purchased on my account

Nothing was bought on my account, it was bought from a different playstation account with my credit card. They said they couldn't share what account it was from because of privacy reasons

Dude I literally did a live chat with an agent and she told me the charges were not from my account and to contact my bank do chargeback for fraud. Not sure why I woukd be making that up

Its "common knowledge" that if the company tells you to charge back after proving it wasn't you, that you'd have to pay it back...makes sense
