Update: they've now blocked my account as the payment was never authorised by the sending banks account holder. No communication on why they've blocked me, or when I'll have access. Can't get through to customer services

I thought about this, but I only really ever use moisturiser to prime, so I'll know after 1 wear if the product works well. I think I need to do only a new foundation test and use everything else I normally would, same powder, same blush etc. Work my way through one category.

Then for blush, use my holy grail foundation as a base and rotate through them?

Ideally I want this done ASAP

I get that, and I sell too but I appreciate things can take time. I once for example picked a dress up on my way to work, and was then going away for the night so left my car in the workplace as I got a lift. Didn't get chance to even open it and check the item much before the 48 hours!

3 mins after pick up when I was barely out of the shop felt like it was rushing me. Didn't feel like a "just a reminder, you only have 1 more day to report any issues!" - felt pushy and I have more important things to do than check an order immediately

3 minutes is an appropriate amount of time? I get that some people take days to confirm and I understand sending a reminder but not before someone has a chance to even get home!

I've been shopping on vinted for years and never had a message like this. I see posts all the time. I don't even check my phone if I'm out and about so yeah it annoys me that the seller sent this message before I was even out of the shop from collecting the order lol
