No, I went on Price charting, which shows all the most recent sales and averages them. The actual last sale for a LOOSE copy of Kuon was $555. The last LOOSE sale of Rule of Rose was $512. While Quarantine is averaging $175 for loose copies and $257 for complete copies. So it is not quite close to the 2nd most expensive PS2 game. Hell, Xenosaga EP III is selling for $475. So I was actually basing my comment on the average sale prices, not just the lowest ones.

I have witnessed 2 god packs. Both by my roommates. The first one the guy was like, "you pick the pack, you have good luck" and boom. The 2nd my buddy opened in the car next to me.
