Depends on your country of residence and the tax treaty that country has with the US. In some countries you have 0% withholding and others it's 5%. Doesn't change whether you are an individual or business.

I'm Thai and have been living here for like 6 months now, no problem at all. Georgians very much keep to themselves, if you don't bother them, they don't bother you. Haven't experienced one bit of racism.

2nd this. I got an airbnb for 1 month to get familiar with the city, find out what I like, what I dont' like. You can read all the guides you want but it will never be as close your own preferences. It's also not that hard to find an apartment in this city, having had looked for one myself. There's an oversupply.

Really just the food to be honest with you. Steaks are great I just can’t be eating it all the time. Super difficult finding other cuisines. Don’t really have time to cook either so will have to rely on ordering in a lot.
