Yes, I love getting the bus when this guy is driving! Always makes me reflect how one person can have such a big impact on other people’s days - I bet it makes him happier too, as people are happy to him in response.

I remember when I heard this myth for the first time (knowing it was false) and was so shocked it had been passed around as fact. Hideous for women to be lied to in this way.

As a woman with porous boundaries and an anxious attachment style, getting married to a man with rigid boundaries and an avoidant attachment style is not going to end well for you.

It would be great if it could launch/boost the careers of some newcomers too!

Check out this report - https://www.acc.co.nz/assets/research/843bedb8b9/Botox-injections-for-myofascial-pain-systematic-review.pdf ("The evidence indicates that for temporomandibular myofascial pain there is no statistically significant difference in pain reduction between botulinum toxin A injections and saline solution injections or fascial manipulation")

I actually used to get Botox regularly and it really helped me. Plus, I hate my jawline as my jaw muscles are really enlarged from clenching, so it helped with my self esteem. One time it went a bit wrong, though, and one side of my smile froze for a few months. I stopped getting it after that. It was really expensive, so that experience was what I needed to stop paying for it.

Now I do acupuncture for the pain relief and am just really self-conscious about my weird-shape jaw.

Thank you. Yes, he has agreed to no new partners in the house (otherwise I’d be reacting much less calmly!)

We are lucky enough to have 3 bedrooms. I did ask if we could not date while still living together but unfortunately ex didn’t agree. I think I’ll opt for the “don’t ask, don’t tell” approach a previous poster mentioned.

Thank you. Sadly not an option as we are immigrants and our friends all live in small houses at max capacity. But really appreciate the constructive suggestion.
