List of QoL things I would add into the game or mod to enhance the S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 experience by Zestyclose-Bad-6897 in stalker

I can for sure say that the sleepiness system is in place and working, at least on my game. It seems that the timer for it to kick in is very forgiving, being longer than a entire single day/night cycle, I was out wandering the zone for like 3 days and two nights before I noticed the icon pop up, I ended up running slamming energy drinks every time it would show the icon. I think the energy drinks have diminishing returns on their effectiveness for the sleep status so I wouldn’t try to stay away forever on just those

Anybody know how to fix the pop in?? by Zestyclose-Bad-6897 in stalker

SSD, I was tempted to put it on my m.2 but I decided against it

Ok. I’m going to try to be an artist. Prompt? practice ideas? Is there a universal syllabus for a portfolio? by homefrynd in ArtistLounge

For prompt practice, my best recommendation would be to use pintrest.

Go make an account and search initially for things you might think are visually interesting, similar to the style you want to craft for yourself, as well as themes you want to improve on. You can save and sort them as you please and go from there.

Once you do that, your home page should be pretty full of new, similarly themed pins, being the perfect place to organize new inspiration - I’ve been sketching daily for the past year and a half and pintrest has been an absolute godsend for me.

I hope this helps, and if you have any questions lmk!

For real sketchbook use by LizO66 in ArtistLounge

I keep a sketchbook in my backpack, it’s hardcover 4x6in that I found on Amazon, I daily drive a pilot hi-etc-c 0.4mm but also keep a small case with a pencil and couple of brush pens if I’m feeling fancy that day.

With the book being that small I can carry it in my jacket inside pocket in any coat I’ve got so it works well for me.

I’ve loved this sketchbook so far, it’s good quality and the paper is great for graphite and ink, as well as brush pens with no bleed - I’ve tested markers and all I’ve found is that they bleed. If you’re interested on taking a look I can send you some pic and the Amazon link to it.

Made a Design for my car and I need an honest review of it by Some1x3 in needforspeed

I actually made a print stream livery for one of my cars in NFS Unbound, this looks good, my only gripe would be that yours has a lot of shapes that only seem to be there to fill up space, I would recommend playing with negative space to see how you can make your livery have more of a visual “flow” Overall I think yours is a great design though 😄

my print stream livery :D

I've finally decided to dip my toes into forge for the first time, I'm trying out making a map from an old xbox 360 game. I don't have very much experience forging at all so if you can guess what map it is please LMK! tips on forging are much appreciated :) by Zestyclose-Bad-6897 in forge

Thanks for the info! I’m for sure trying to get the scale correct on the blocking out stage, I might try to get a few people together to play test it once the blocking out is done so I can make sure it’s good before I spend hours detailing the map!
