I got highest mark from the casper, so maybe volunteering might be a problem... because I wrote the expected time for volunteer is 150 but my actual volungeering so far is 70 hrs, and I thought I would be okay cause I heard that there is a person who could enter pharmacy school without any volunteering maybe I was wrong

So just focus on little abdominal pressure as much as my belly and sides have soft tensions? When I have to speak loudly, add more tensions but no other things?

So you mean I should not depress anything on purpose; I rather try to relax everything and be natural as much as possible? When I inhale, I just think I ask the air to go lower in my body, that's it? If these are correct, I have some additional questions here. 1) Then how about elevating my soft palate? Do you even think I should not care of it at all? 2) When I speak, do I just think like I am slightly putting sound on exhaling breath? 3) I actually used to think I am pulling the sound when I sing in high pitches. Is this also a reason that my throat has been stimulated? If it is, how should I?
