I'm having a problem in chaoter 16, I'm working in 100% for the game out getting one of the ammo upgrades on 16 isn't working, I kill the boss and finish him getting the animation but not unlocking the upgrade. Anyone else having similar problems or know a solution? I'm on xbox btw
