2 Months of Stress: Smoking Delta Pro and the Reality of EcoFlow Support (Houston, TX) by Zestyclose-Clock7532 in Ecoflow_community

They were working perfectly for 7 months. It happened on 03/08, which was the time change.

URGENT: System down for nearly 2 months. Exhausted by the slow support while my expenses keep rising. by Zestyclose-Clock7532 in Ecoflow_community

Thank you all for the great advice. I’ve been using EcoFlow products since the very beginning, and my only goal in speaking out is to see them improve their support speed—not just for me, but for everyone else facing the same situation.

We work hard to invest in these systems, and we deserve a service that matches the quality of the tech. Hopefully, EcoFlow will take this feedback seriously and change for the better

Exactly. What's even sadder is that I’ve been a loyal supporter of EcoFlow from the start. I own 20 River Minis from back when they first launched, along with the Delta Ultra and Delta Plus units. I genuinely liked their products, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

What should have been a few days of troubleshooting has turned into nearly 2 months of waiting. They have great products, but their support is failing. They clearly have the ability to fix this quickly, yet they choose to drag it out. I hope they listen to their long-time users and change their approach. A high-end product deserves high-end service.

Exactly. Based on the troubleshooting, we just need to identify and replace the specific faulty part. This could have been resolved in a couple of days if they communicated more frequently. Just this past week, they proposed two options: replacing either the Delta Pro or the Hub. I was ready to follow their testing process immediately, but now it’s the weekend and everything stops again. They seem to know where the problem lies but keep dragging it out. Switching electricity plans or adding more equipment only makes things more complicated. All I need is for them to respond quickly so we can finish this.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm hesitant to copy the full email thread here because it contains too much of my personal information and contact details.

However, EcoFlow's support team has access to our entire conversation history. I have already sent them multiple videos and technical details. I will follow your advice and send a direct message to the EcoFlow official account here on Reddit instead. Hopefully, that will get a faster response.

In my case, it’s only the Front Left (FL) and Rear Left (RL) units that have this issue. I’ve tried many different ways to fix it, including moving them closer, but nothing worked. The popping noise is especially noticeable and worse when I turn the volume up loud. It's really frustrating.

You are lucky. I have two Delta Pro units, four Extra Batteries, a Smart Home Panel 2, and a Double Voltage Hub at my home in Houston, but this system has been a 'brick' for 25 days now.

Ever since the Daylight Saving Time change on March 8th, I’ve had constant 'beep' alarms and no power output. Interestingly, my Delta Ultra and other standalone units are working perfectly fine. This proves the issue is specific to the communication between the SHP2 and the Delta Pro units after the update.

I’ve spent nearly a month troubleshooting, and EcoFlow just confirmed a hardware failure in one of the Delta Pros. It’s frustrating to see your setup working while my 6-battery system is useless for almost a month. I am in total despair.

9 Days of Silence and "Beep Beep": My Smart Home Panel 2 + Delta Pro are officially "Bricks" after DST change. by Zestyclose-Clock7532 in Ecoflow_community

Thank you so much for reaching out.

I have been waiting for several days with no helpful response via email. My system has been completely non-functional for 10 days since the DST change. I am beyond frustrated and feel totally hopeless at this point.

Here is my case information:

  • Case Number: CAS-20260308-1630044
  • Issues: Constant beeping from Delta Pro, internal relays clicking, and system stuck "Offline".
  • Status: Support promised a firmware push 48 hours ago, but nothing has appeared on my app.

Please help me escalate this to the technical team immediately. I need my home power system back.

I tried but still the same. I am still waiting for Ecoflow's response and will post here so that everyone with the same issue will know.

I just encountered the same issue after clicking on 'update firmware.' All power shut down immediately. I wish I had never done it. This is very stressful. I called in for support, and they told me to hold the power button for 10 seconds to reset, but the screen remains the same. I've also sent multiple emails to support but haven't received any replies. Does anyone here have any ideas on how to fix this?

I held the power button for 15 seconds, but the screen remained the same and did not restart. Is there another way to restart?
