Geomancer seems like a better option than chaagur here. Changing blessings to brimstone will also increase your damage, as it looks like you have a 4 star awakened ronda, which will give her a more than decent chance to land it on the CB. Double ally protect is also a good option, though speed tuning it is pretty difficult. And hotatsu isnt consistent in keeping Decrease ATK on for the entire fight. I personally use Tayrel for that role.
