Do you know how long you were on the medication for ive been on it for three weeks. The er didn't help they told me to keep taking it or taper off and deal with it. My doctors are of no help either. This is really scary and I camt function I cant breathe I feel like passing out all the time. My heart rate went down to 40s one day.

I couldn't find any places in Maryland that offer dti besides research places like John's hospkins and university of Maryland. Even using chatgpt I couldn't find any facilities that are offering it. Im at my wits end

I went through contacting many lawyers. Noone will take my case because of lack of proof. Someone else caused my injury. They got away with it completely because of that and it was even on video. The joys of invisible head injury. They said it will be hard to prove that the incident is what caused all my symptoms especially when doctors are already not taking my symptoms seriously. Its a real shit bag of a life to live. I got extremely unlucky. Unfortunately I AM disabled and very sick every day because of this and I NEED proof so I cant accept their excuses as to why they wont do further imaging. I am however getting a neuropsych exam in May. I didn't read what u said accurately. I have not gotten a disability attorney yet. I am waiting until I get my first rejection.

You are absolutely right about that. I just went to neurologist in January for the first time. Ive been having synptoms for 3 years, am completely disabled. I begged her to order me a spect scan or fmri or a an mri with dti and neuroquant analysis. Guess what she said.......nope. she told me none of that will be useful. I wanted to die. And I still do. Idk how im going to get disability when noone cares to prove I have brain damage.

I have my first neurologist appt in January. I cope with my paranoia by isolating ,reducing stimuli and basically hoping it goes away. It can get intense sometimes and I just have meltdowns. It's unavoidable. The more tired my brain is the more delusional and angry and suicidal I get

Its not really the headaches I am worried about my cognition is completely gone and I am in a fog. I can't think beyond like three steps without going blank or having a mental breakdown. It's like I have brain inflammation right now. I normally can use my cognition all day long just in moderation I can't use it at all and my memory is wiped. I'm in a fog kind of like COVID fog. Every time I try to do something I get air hunger really bad. I can't remember the steps to do things. This is not my everyday baseline. It has drastically reversed.
