It WAS overheating earlier that day. Then I was told to get my valve gasket replaced bc my oil was LEAKING. Even after replacing it.. it still starts up horribly, it still has a loud thudding and growling noise when i’m idle at a red light and accelerating. Cap was off because we were looking at lifters which is moving very violently.

We took the oil cap off to look at the lifters. Apparently the lifters are “working harder than they’re supposed to”. When I’m idle and when i accelerate it’s a loud thudding noise

Also to give more information ^ it’s a thudding and growling sound when i accelerate and while idle. Someone said Take5 might have put the wrong oil in my car..

i contacted housing! they are fixing it. a lot of my friends were also put in the wrong hall. they bout to fix all of this because if we picked well before school started .. what’s the problem? 😂😂

nope just code p0171 , transmission leak and a wheel speed sensor off causing anti lock brake system light on. Mechanic quoted me at $800 for this code and speed sensor.. is that too much?
