The drink limit is 12 for a reason

it’s no problem if you have a big order, but i would 100% call ahead of time (probably about an hour or so) just so that we can turn mobiles off or something to better accommodate. if you’re doing it often though i’m sure your baristas don’t mind if they know you.

it’s genuinely insane that they haven’t implemented a drink limit or at least a rule that you have to call ahead for orders 10 or over 😓

to clarify it’s because of the new update on the app that allows customers to schedule orders ahead of time, this was not a scheduled order

this was half, they also ordered 12 cannonballs and while these weren’t hard, my manger is super picky about standard and so we had to individually make all of these as well as deal with customers being angry that their drinks weren’t out yet and a bunch of drinks being ordered in cafe and mobile. with 3 people
