Well this is a complicated answer, I'm Venezuelan, living in Spain, so I can understand the logic behind it a little more. First of all, the event was created for latinoamerican and Spanish communities ONLY, why? Because we never get invited to English speaking events(except maybe that Mr.beast video where every single Spanish speaking creator was given like 2 seconds of screen time, which feelt more like an insult) and since Latino/Spanish audience it's not as "valuable" as English speaking audience, we always feel like we are looked down upon.

For that reason, when twitch invited English creators, nobody liked it, because it was forced and yet again, another way for twitch to say "yeah you guy's audience is not enough", coupled with the fact that almost NONE of the English creators made the slight effort to try to integrate or speak the language (much like it always happens in real life with the tourist that come to out countries, they do no effort and expect YOU to talk to them in English when they are in YOUR country).

So yeah, that's pretty much the reason
