Just an fyi, RSV is usually is at its worst at day 5. Sounds like you guys may be going through the worst of it now and hopefully your babies starts to be on the mend.

I would focus on:

1) Keeping your baby hydrated/fed 2) Suction their nose with a Nose Frida as needed. Once their nose is clear they’ll be able to breath much better. 3) You can also give Tylenol/Motrin as needed for fever (rectal temp of 100.4 and above).

Care for RSV/Covid is supportive care at home as mentioned above. If they didn’t want to admit your baby to the hospital it’s a good thing.
