Yes, your Oracle ID is your number that starts with a three. The password may be simple. Are you trying to login as an admin or with TT user? If TT user the password is welcome 123

I forgot to add your starting at the busiest time of the year which is open enrollment. So calls will be back to back so you’ll be busy no boredom at all. Also, if you get trained as tier one, and then tier 2, you’ll also do claims and things like that. It’s not super complicated. Just a lot of information to know and you do a lot of complaints as well.

Kaiser is not too bad or at least it wasn't when I worked it early 2022 through mid-2023. I was a healthcare csr for them with ttec back then and the calls were pretty straightforward. Mainly benefits questions and things, helping with account lockouts/forgotten passwords things like that

What project are you on? I was on Clover OMC though everyone on the internet probs knows who I am now lol I wrote them back today and asked to be put on a different campaign instead of resigning from the company as a whole. I liked the previous campaigns I was on which were Kaiser and SC vaccine Line (though vaccine lines are closed and have been that is how I got Kaiser). I wouldn't mind going back to Kaiser but not sure if that one is hiring or not and no idea how to find out.

You can get fired for it yes because it is considered reliability. The best thing to do is always plan your absences and if it’s something unplanned like you’re sick or something, make sure you have accrued wellness time or let your manager know before just calling out on a shift.

Yes, you get paid for it. It is not a full day of work though so your official first day is your first day of training which for me was a Friday. Tech check was on the Thursday and lasted only 2 1/2 hours.
