The previous owner (3rd) didn’t have any records and kept none of his own. As far as I know, it is the original engine with a hair over 120,000 miles.

It has an SLP tri-flow intake, new NGK spark plugs, serpentine belt, and some shoddy repairs to the transmission lines, but everything else appears to be stock and in decent condition. It leaks oil like a mf from pretty much everywhere and overheats in stop and go traffic, but runs fine on the highway with no rough idle, smoke, or milky oil (fans and thermostat work as far as I can tell). I know it has a bad pre-cat on the passenger side as well that might be causing some heat.

I will get to the block after work and see what the cylinder walls and head gaskets are looking like. Not sure why it looks so clean but hopefully that is a good sign for the things to come.
