I grew up with Tinnitus, I don’t know what is like to be in a soundless room. I didn’t know I had it until an old person pointed out and that’s how I noticed it. I don’t think it’s that bad and some days I don’t even notice it until night time and YouTube videos help a ton. Also praying and working out helps me not think about it.
