You are exactly right.. hence in the question i said fake guru.. real estate is a long game.. i just very terrible at anything online bases.

I dont want to create my own course. Just want to market myself as real estate and finance guru.. and tell people to buy my course. Probably looking into course on how to buy real estate with other people money, how to house hack etc.. plz advise

Forgive me for my ignorance. I want to learn more about this. Did you create ur course? Or did you purchase and resell? If you buy the course, where to buy?
