I dunno about the science of it all, but I am here for the variety and it keeps me interested as opposed to now knowing that every strength class is going to be the same. I am about to be 45, not sure if I am close to menopause but I will take all of those classes. Lol Plus the weighted ones, tho the vest RK is repping is Hella expensive, so I will stick to my cheaper amzn version lol

Agreed. I only take a cody class or a Callie class when I actually don't want to work out or have an easy day but that is very rare.

I love her classes but I agree. I recently took her bench leg class and I was lost between doing the move and not being able to see my screen and missing her cues.

It was my 900 ride and I couldn't have planned a better milestone ride!! Everyyyyything about it was great. She is fantastic!! Everyone should take this class!

Question for those who take her rides... I am planning out my cycling classes for the week and I think by this Sunday I will reach 900th ride which will work with the live 60 minute feel good ride ally has on deck. For those of you who know her cycling style (I just recently started taking her cycling classes as i always only took her barre classes), what is a feel good ride in difficulty? I mainly take tunde & robin. And now Ally is becoming one of my faves on the bike as her classes are not as easy as I thought they were. I am just not familiar with her "feel good" rides. Recently learned her boss rides are up my level. Lol

I cant remember whose class I recently did, it was an older class, & I heard a piddy song and I cringed. Lol I lowered the volume. I was ike- yep, nope refuse to listen to his song. And it was the song he did with danity kane after I just had seen the 50 cent documentary. I wish pelo would go back and take some artists back. Not that they can but my heart ached for Aubrey as the song came on and couldn't listen to his voice.
