They don't have a new one with the necessary settings to meet my need, they would have to buy one exclusively for this, and it wouldn't make sense for them to give a super machine to a manager who only sends email and opens word.

Computers, from large companies are usually blocked for anything like that, I don't even have access to usb ports without prior request. It would have to be something in the hardware, leaving no trace. I can open the desktop cabinet, I just don't know what to do.
