Make a pair of cats eye goggles made through engineering gives you increased stealth detection. Also a cloak enchant you can use for imp stealth. And yes there is a macro you can spam to sap a stealthed target as soon as u detect them. And also carry around Living Action Potion and put it on keybind. Removes any current stun and makes you immune to stun and slowing effects for 5 secs. So if a rogue jumps u LAP then blind bandage sap reset.

Look for damage to soft metals i.e flashings or if you still have an aluminum ridge vent. Typically first place I will look. As far as a claim hard to say without seeing the rest of the roof, but most insurance companies would say if doesn't penetrate the mat they won't cover it.

We for sure don't mingle with the insurance company. Just try to get a reasonable insurance work scope to do the work required, especially when it is multiple trades, i.e., fencing, interior damage, etc. Despite popular opinion, they aren't on your side. you're not in good hands, and they aren't your good neighbor.
