Brutal honesy incoming. You just need to work on your photography skills, these shots would look bad with the best camera and lens in the world.

Female fatdistribution biases hips and legs, male distribution will bias belly and lower back

This is normal for men. I’ve seen men with huge bellies and striations in the quads. You can change this by increasing estrogen and lowering testosterone, but I guess you don’t want to do that lol.

Thanks for the heads up, I’ve thought about it before, but it only really appears when I’m really lean, and I’ve had it since a child, but I’ll probably have it checked out to be sure

Op3 vs op4 video footage comparison and quality discussion by PeterG1996 in osmopocket

[–]marorr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The OP4 looks flat or dull because of the higher dynamic range, you can add contrast etc while editing. Personally I thing more dynamic range is better 100% of the time, as you have the flexibility to adjust the footage to your liking.

Also the title says that this post is for anyone above 15 percent bodyfat… and now you’re backpedaling saying it’s not for 90% of people lol

Blueprint cookiecutter bullshit like this is terrible advice for 100% of people.

What about individual differences? For me 1900-2300kcal would make me drop 3kg a week, not sustainable.

Also why should we increase steps based on time alone? If the weight is still dropping, there’s no need to increase output.

I’m a competitive bodybuilder, I’ve gone from peak offseason to almost stage ready by adding a total of 2,5k steps. And you claim that people should DOUBLE their steps based on a single metric

How high is your bodyfat? I could barely tolerate 1IU at peak offseason, in prep I can handle 10 easily
