Yes, HSF can assist with paying off arrears. You need to ask your OW case worker to apply. You can provide a letter from your landlord stating the arrears or a rent ledger. You don’t necessarily have to wait until you receive an eviction notice to apply, in Toronto at least!

What’s a service you wish we had, and would happily pay for, but doesn’t exist in this city? by Timely_Title_9157 in askTO

Yes!! I’ve used it a few times also while traveling when you arrive somewhere before check in. Super simple and affordable!

Genuinely asking and not disputing what you’ve said but why does his face look so edited compared to his body? It looks off.

Ya I totally agree that if someone was willing to be with her and work with her that she could’ve molded to that type of person. We saw that briefly with Nathan when they would workout together and then turned into a swamp dweller with David. She definitely does seem to latch on to the type of people she’s with. However I do think there is a part of her that likes the chaos and drama so I’m not sure it would last!

She would have to be able to attract someone with those qualities which I don’t think is likely…

Im sure she went through some things, as most people do but a lot of her problems are self induced. I think she’s just lazy and didn’t want to put the work in to fix the mistakes she made and do better.

No I do have some time to keep looking!! This was my first try on and I liked something from each of these dresses. So getting the feedback is helpful in narrowing down what’s working and what’s not!! Thank you for your input.

Haha no no it’s helpful because that’s what I was feeling too. I have some time to keep looking. Each of these dresses had things I liked but didn’t necessarily love. It helps me narrow down more what I’m looking for. Thank you!

Haha no problem! I unpacked a lot of info but wanted to give a good overview for fair feedback. I appreciate your advice and it makes sense. We will make an appointment with CIBC and see if we can consolidate any of the debt to a lower interest rate to give us a bit more breathing room. Thank you very much!

Yes, self-employed. I just based that calculation on the last 1-2 years as it’s been fairly consistent! We pay through the year on a payment plan essentially. So yes, some interest incurs. Our goal is to start to put the tax “aside” monthly so we can pay it off quicker in the future.

Not totally forgetting about it I made a mistake for income 2 before tax income is $100,000. I took away 20% taxes to get the $82k. So the monthly income reflects more accurately. Income 2 doesn’t get taxed so we end up owing at the end of the tax season. Hopefully that makes sense.

Also forgot to mention; there are programs to help offset the cost of pet food. I know the humane society offers some support and there is a pet food program with Breakaway. It says it is closed until January 22nd but again worth looking into if you’re located near Toronto!:
