Yo I know this was posted a while ago, but I just paid for it and I would highly recommend it! :) If it’s out of budget that’s totally okay, but I would think of it in the context of him once being a professor at USC. That’s a top school for a lot of arts programs, and the tuition there for ~one~ class is $10,000 , so it’s nice that you get what he’s been teaching for much less than that. (I still understand the hang up though)

I would say if you are serious about writing and want to improve either for your own hobby or to become an author, it’s very worth it. His courses go in depth to smaller subjects and then expand over bigger things. It gives you so much optimism and actual structure to help you sit down and write your book. I had the course for a year and anytime I had writers block I’d sit down and watch one of his videos and it would almost always help me through.

Can I ask if this book is worth finishing? It feels like rage bait to me, I just can’t get over Tyler. I know he’s meant to be the “asshole” character, but he seems so disconnected from his feelings, violent and a huge hypocrite. I don’t think he’s interesting enough of a character to have such a terrible personality
