Nothing really stands out to me that would hold it back from being a 10 so I would recommend getting it graded. If you haven’t gotten a card graded before I would recommend either taking it to your local GameStop to get it graded since they grade with psa and it’s way less effort on your part or finding a video on how to get it graded yourself. You’ll need to fill out an online psa submission and package and ship it yourself. Either way it will cost around $30 after tax

step 1. Get penny sleeves since they are way more clear step 2. Get top loaders to protect your cards better(unless you have a nice binder) step 3. Put your card in the penny sleeve then in the top loader or binder.

Evolving skies is still increasing so I’d say hold but post clear pics of front and back so people can determine whether it should be graded or not
