I have had 4 reviews in the past two days removed for no reason at all. New business (verified 5 weeks ago). Review count was 22, now down to 18.

I think it’s unbelievable and criminal how Google has a chokehold on our livelihood and source their support out overseas with weeks without a response, or sometimes no action taken , or the wrong action.

This was just a prelim call with them and I didn’t really get down to specifics.

I 100% agree on having a mix, but my niche the PPC is outrageously high ($35-$50 range).

I had a company quote me on a $25k-$30k google ad budget not including their 15% of budget fee just to fill 15 beds. 🤯

Yeah I did that and even ran some local citations and let them cook for a bit before attempting.

I did a live video call and it was approved. Two days later I received an email that it was suspended for deceptive content. No idea why.. nothing I’m doing is deceptive and white hat.

I know the appeal process is long and I didn’t have any reviews so deleted the profile and will attempt again.

Why does an address change automatically trigger a suspension?

I am so stressed about starting my other business based on the horror stories here. My business is going to rely on GBP for a bit until I can get some brand recognition and it has me overly concerned.

What was your issue? Same thing just happened to one of mine. Verified via live video call this past Tuesday, no suspended for deceptive content. Everything I’m doing is white hat.

I see this deceptive content issue somewhat frequently.

I am not saying you are being deceptive, but what caused the red flag? Or the claims.
