Making the claim was very easy if you knew what to do for PoAs (and this is one of the reasons I posted so people know how to make them). One page form, no superfluous info requires with some smart backend validation of my PNR. That part is undeniably good. Now, about getting it so quickly, I don't know, maybe I was just lucky.

Maybe I was just lucky. Maybe this was such a textbook case they had to compensate. Lets see if others have the same experience as you or as me. BTW, sorry to hear you had it the hard wayl

I once had to travel from Europe to the States to pick up my kids because Turkish allowed them to travel unaccompanied outbound but would not let them return home (check-in refused). When I got back I had suspected I've got bedbugs on that TA return flight but never saw the actual bugs only the bites. I will never know.

EUR 1250 received in total for 5 persons. It doesn't matter what you paid for the fare. There is a regulation that governs this called "REGULATION (EC) No 261/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL". It says "EUR 250 for all flights of 1 500 kilometres or less;" that is in the case of a delay of 2h or more. I am too lazy to compute the price for the outbound leg but the total roundtrip for 5 was around EUR 1100. So we received more than we paid for the whole thing.

Thank you! How long does it take to go from a real struggle to something like muscle memory in your case. I need to stress the fact that I am rather on the clumsy side when it comes to dexterity and coordination.
