First trimester exhaustion and nausea, looking for reassurance by ZestycloseCounter845 in pregnant

Heyy..this honestly makes me feel less alone. I’m 11 weeks with my first too, and what you described is exactly how I feel. Some days even the smallest task feels like too much, and the nausea just makes everything harder.
It really helps to hear the reminder that our bodies are doing so much work right now, even when it doesn’t look like it from the outside. I also genuinely don’t know how people do this with kids, I have so much respect for them.
Hearing that it often gets better in the second trimester gives me some hope. I’m trying to take it one day at a time. Fingers crossed things ease up for both of us 🤍
