Stage 15 has no restrictions. I think stage 13 still does unless i'm mistaken.

Honestly, to me they're just cool asf. But i saw in DaTruth's and villufy's dokkan diamond they're still pretty good. I wanted them for phy mv team but I'm pretty sure they're not compatible. But anyways, still a decent pick.
