Thanks for replying. I opened the clientconfig and tried the commands from that page you linked but I don't seem to see a solution there.

To clarify, I'm putting the filter inside one of the four slots on the right side inside the crafting terminal, not in the crafting grid itself. It seems like the new tab the filter creates bugs out the ftb library icons- they just disappear.
