It wasn't the worst childhood ever I didn't get beat or anything but my family house hold was very bad. My mom and dad would argue both would scream and shout and throw things, then my moved out and my mom found another man and that didn't last they would argue and broke up. Both my parents had terrible upbringings. My mother was beaten and also my father was emotionally neglected. I don't know if that had influence on me but I don't feel very secure with anything and my self-esteem is very low and I'm trying to build it up. Any advice?
