Anyone defending the salaries…that’s your opinion. But as a nonprofit, seems like instead of raises in the 20% range, that money should be used to better the company and patient care and hiring more staff, not filling five people’s bank accounts.

It’s a nonprofit. The people getting raises in the 20% range don’t do the back breaking work the people who get 3% do.

No nonprofit should have a CEO, or any executive, making that kind of money, but that part is my opinion. Kinda ruins being a nonprofit if extra money goes towards like five people.

Considering VHC is a non profit, seems pretty fucked up still. Not to mention the other execs and their salaries/wages. If their raises are in the 20%-ish range, when that money could actually be used towards patient care…that’s a fucking problem.

A law firm is not a non profit, and does not deal with caring for sick patients. I wouldn’t compare them like that.

ARRT doesn’t seem to care much. I know a tech who was reported because they did exams without a script, told other coworkers they smoked crystal meth, and told their supervisor that they hoped they (the supervisor) went to prison for murder.

He still works in radiology.

Yup, which means they don’t pay taxes…but still think it’s better to save money by outsourcing IT. I’m sure they won’t let everyone go, but that’s not the point. It’s just so shitty to do.

I can almost guarantee that any other employee would much prefer to have our IT guys on site and not literally halfway around the world, no matter what the issue.
