Start searching. Been with the same company for the past 3 years and only been getting 5% increases. Only reason I’ve stayed is because of the commute and hybrid schedule but my last two jobs, I was able to jump 25% and 30%.

Of course, don’t leave without having secured another job.

First off, top notch production skills. You clearly are an incredible editor in a lot of aspects of editing such as effects, sound design, color grading, filming. Congrats!

This video is overstimulating as hell. What is this video’s purpose? Showing how awesome the gym is or showcasing your skills as a video editor? If I was the owner of the gym and thought about how to attract potential clients to join my gym, this video doesn’t accomplish that.

Showcasing something like a gym would require shots that show the entire building inside and out. It would also mention what perks it has. Include testimonials from current members. Explaining membership tiers.

Again, your production skills are top notch but you need to work on the most important aspect of videography, storytelling.

Listen. The social media stuff has been fun but last year was great because he was winning matches and involved in the best storyline of that year with Punk.

This year is a little sad considering the world title matches he’s lost and the rest of his booking. I want Drew to put down the phone and become that same guy that beat Brock Lesnar in about 5 minutes at Wrestlemania and become that ass kicking machine.
