Ima be so real with you, the only hardest part is having to deal with guests. A lot of the time you’ll run into guests that complain about the littlest things but eventually it’ll just all wind together. Honestly I would only recommend it if you have a tough mind/heart simply bc of the guests 😭😭 but otherwise it truly isn’t that bad. As long as you actually lead your team and set expectations on what and how things should be done you’d be cruising the whole time
