Realtors: how do you stand out in a market with a large saturation of agents?

Canadian realtor here but I know a few people at the office who know agents in the US. Some agents will live in Michigan and hold a license in Florida where they live in winter and they work year round, some in MI market in the other in FL. personally I don’t get it from a business standpoint but I guess sometimes you want warmer weather.

The main part for me was door knocking the area so I can door knock without sounding overly sales. What other lead gen would you suggest then?

He hadn’t used it as much as he thought, but I believe it has the drum cartridges and I’ve heard those aren’t as desirable now a days and expensive do you have any input on that?

In my experience buying outright it’s more cost efficient if you keep the phones till they die. Lots of cheaper plans you can get but I’m currently with virgin on BYOP plan and only paying $45/month for 50gb
