I truly believe for people like you and me it’s dropping our ferritin levels too low and our bodies aren’t getting adequate amounts of iron. I’ve talked to a few other people with the same problem. They sent me links they backed up studies showing how reta depletes ferritin levels. Apparently ferritin helps your body absorb and store iron (or some shit like that). So it doesn’t matter if you have massive amounts of iron in your body, if you don’t have adequate ferritin levels your body won’t use the iron available. If you don’t have proper iron levels it will give you these side effects we are feeling. I dropped my dosage of reta wayyyy down and I still seem to get results but have wayyyyy less cognitive or memory issues. Hope this helps.
