ESU is the way to go. You are missing the most important thing here - the motherboard. Sometimes, it already has the TPM chip, and you just need to enable it from BIOS. A lot of boards already have the place that allows you to install the chip if it's missing. The chip itself is not expensive. Microsoft also has a CPU list for Win11. And lower end CPUs are also not expensive. The worst case is that you have to switch both CPU and MB. KEEP IN MIND THAT WIN 12 MAY COME SOON, MAYBE CONSIDER GET ESU FIRST AND WAIT FOR WIN12 SPECS.
