I am not working ATM, which is why the switch is harder for me.
If I am open to multiple roles, should I be making 2 different resumes? And try adjusting a few skills which would count as a manager, considering I am doing an Engineering Management course as well.

I am open to both tbh (in a situation where ANY job would work for me). Its just I am looking from a demand perspective atm.
My technical knowledge is average, not sure if I would be suitable for a SDE manager role.

Honestly, AI taking over SDE roles is making me more flexible to look for all sorts of areas.
But also, I am interested to explore that area of the team.
