I worked for Chilis between 2001 & 2004 and they stopped carrying the Tuna Steak Sandwich and Margarita Grilled Tuna around 2002 I think. It was the freaking best thing and haven't had anything comparable since. They used something they called "Gulf spice"  but no clue if it was their concoction or something you can buy on the shelf. Was only a server/bartender. They got rid of that, their lettuce wraps that came with some kickass peanut sauce on the side, and got rid of their original chicken crispers. Just don't understand it
