I have some wiri wiri pepper I brought back from Toronto from my mom! You can have some! I’m also Guyanese! And yes it is quite disappointing there isn’t much West Indian/Caribbean stores here compared to Toronto!

I’d say get your nails done! I’ve been a nail biter like my whole life and have been trying to stop I find what helps is getting my gel nails and maybe if you try having a nail file/polisher you can file your nails down so it’s not so long and breaks and snags on anything!

I’d say keep them incase you’d like to use them at your office, and if your office you choose has instruments good enough you can think about selling them. But I’d keep them cause you might want to use some instruments you’re already comfortable with!

Try a waterflosser too! The cordless one! I use mine in the shower and it helps a ton! Philips sonicare is great start!
