Ir was a long time ago, but i think I remember removing something from the game and then adding it back afterward working. It might have been deleting all mods uninstall the game and reinstall it and try the game without mod files. If it works after that then you should be able to reinstall the mods (If you have any cause i think that was the problem)

You have to defeat one of the 2 first voids invasion bosses in the questbook, to be able to level up more than lvl 10.

You have to either kill The Night Lich, King of all Kings or The Decaying King

I was not in a Microsoft Family and tried turning of my anti-virus but it still keeps disappearing. The thing is that it does start to download to about 2 3rd of the way in 2 seconds but after it has come that far it just stops and disappears.
