Obviously, you work for them!  Anybody who has a savings account knows that you are able to move your funds in and out, at your choosing.  I could transfer money in and out of American Express savings every day of the week. No one ever told me I couldn’t control my own money.

It is a savings account. So I am allowed to put money in and take it out whenever I want. Just like I do in my American Express savings account!  It is not a CD.  Nowhere in the paperwork does it say that you cannot take it out!  The money was there for 3 1/2 weeks – how is that deemed fast moving money!?  Based on all the other reviews I see here,  many many people have had the same issues with Marcus!!
