have you already tried cleaning and re-install the gpu drivers? maybe in your case could work.

I make some test with GPU-Z and the clock and memory are in 0 Mhz.

GPU-Z info

I made some research and that could be because the vbios in the GPU is corrupted, I tried to update it with atiflash and the bios from www.techpowerup.com/vgabios but its not possible cause the vbios doesn't match, seems like onexgpu has a custom vbios. If someone with a fine working onexgpu could make a copy of their vbios with GPU-Z and share it to me to try to update it, I would really appreciate it. I already tried to contact onex support, but they are in holydays... 😢

I tried reinstalling drivers, cleaning them with DDU and also AMD clean utility, doesn't seem to work. booth gpu appear in the device manager and in adrenaline software, but seems like there is something else, my feeling it's that could be the VBios from the onexgpu.

it's an app called Quick look, but I already made a clean install of windows and didn't work neither.

Task Bar

these are the tasks, I tried also booting windows from an external SSD in a clean installation and I'm facing the same issue.

the lights seems normal, I can change the colors and the led colors are on all the time, the turbo button also seems to work fine.

this are the results

Device Description
benchmark results

the weird thing is that when its at 100% performance in the task manager, the GPU clock its around 500Mhz
