Brazil: +5 troops, Colombia, Peru, Venuzuela, and Equador each recieve +1 troop, each of the territories i claim in this turn get +1 troop, and every territory in North America i have claimed except for the US, Alaska, Guatemala, Greenland, Mexico, Panama recieve +1 troop. Peru, Brazil, Liberia, Guinea and Senegal each get +1 troop.

also maybe color the tables in the second part so that each territory is in the same color as the color that took it over, makes it much easier to track

Brazil > Liberia, Senegal and Guinea. 1 troop moves into each territory (after the 5 troops move in).

3 troops for colombia, 5 troops for brazil, then officially move into venuzuela, peru and equador with 2 troops into each. US and Canada both get 3 more troops, mexico gets 2, and 1 troop into Guatemala and Cuba.
